Pier Leopoldo Capecchi

Pier Leopoldo Capecchi was born in 1953 and graduated in Medicine in 1980 at the University of Siena. He obtained a specialty in Internal Medicine in 1985 and a Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology in 1990, both at the University of Siena. In 2002 he also obtained a specialty in Allergology and Clinical Immunology. He is currently Associated Professor of Internal Medicine at the School of Medicine of the University of Siena. Prof. Capecchi is member of the Italian Society of Internal Medicine, of the Italian Society for the Study of micro circulation and member of the Governing Council of the Italian Section of the Purine Club. He has participated at several national and international meetings and has provided lectures in some of them. He is author of 202 publications: 117 of them in extensor of which 102 with Impact Factor, 4 chapters of the book and 81 "abstract" and "extended abstract", for a total Impact Factor of 229.873.
